Education - Bachelor's Degree in mechanical / Electrical or Industrial Engineering

Professional Experience - 4 to 7 Years selling experience of capital goods

Work Location -Kerala/Chandigarh/Rajasthan

General & Task Management

• To achieve the given target monthly / quarterly / yearly

• To accept additional one time / ongoing task if required by the team / organization

Relationship Management

• Develops and maintains good relationships with customers through technical and marketing presence

• Develop, present or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.

• Understands the industry and customer trends and maps territory to anticipate capacity availability or constraints

• Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development

• Follows up on sales activity, ensuring quality checks on product and service delivery

• Works with company new product development team to help define and ensure customer requirements are being met. Provides voice of customer (VOC) feedback

Key Competency

• Strong customer service focus required

• Operational knowledge of MS Office

• Exposure to Auto CAD

• Demonstrated skill in design of experiments, data capture, data analysis using statistical tools and extraction of key knowledge from analysis

• Ability to function in a matrixed, team-oriented environment

• Ability to see the big picture and drive to it with minimal supervision

• Strong skills in time management and managing multiple priorities
