Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct client research and schedule meetings

Understand customer requirements and conduct effective sales meetings

Position offerings effectively vs competitors

Transfer requirements to inside sales for quotations

Follow up and close negotiations (WIN-WIN deals)

Prepare monthly sales forecasts

Preferred: Candidates from the same industry or geographical region

Experience Required:

Minimum: 3 years

Maximum: 5 years

Skills:

Fluency in English and Hindi

Rapport building, meeting etiquette

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Technical Knowledge:

Basics of pressure, temperature, and flow (ITI accepted)

Competitor awareness

Strong commercial acumen

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in:

Instrumentation

Mechanical

Electrical

Technical Graduate / BSc (Physics or Chemical) / ITI
