Education: BE Mechanical Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Job location: Pune (Chakan Phase II)

Industry: Steel Structure Machinery / Industrial Equipment

Job Description:-

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in CNC and fabrication machine sales

• Visit clients to understand their manufacturing needs and provide tailored machine solutions

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, workshops, and industrial clients

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and ensure post-sale support coordination

• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop proposals and quotations

• Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base

• Maintain sales pipeline and customer data using CRM tools

• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

• 2+ years of experience in industrial machinery or CNC/fabrication equipment sales

• Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines, laser cutters, press brakes, plasma cutting machines, shearing machines, etc.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations as required

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of fabrication shops, metalworking units, or machine tool distributors

• Experience in B2B industrial sales or capital equipment sales

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or machine simulation software is a plus
