Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and streamline key operational functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales order processing, expense management, invoice processing, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order Processing

Process and track customer sales orders with accuracy and efficiency

Coordinate with sales representatives and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

Maintain order records and update internal systems accordingly

Communicate order status to internal stakeholders and customers

2. Expense Processing

Review and verify employee sales-related expense claims

Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines

Coordinate with Finance for timely reimbursement and documentation

3. Invoice Processing

Prepare, verify, and send invoices to clients

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections

Address and resolve client billing inquiries and discrepancies

Coordinate with the finance team for accurate revenue reporting

4. Vendor Processing

Liaise with external vendors and suppliers for procurement and service support

Maintain updated vendor information and documentation

Process purchase orders and track vendor deliveries and service status

Ensure timely payments and resolve any vendor issues in coordination with the finance team

Qualifications:

>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field

>2+ years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or similar roles

>Strong understanding of sales and invoicing processes

>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
