This role is crucial for expanding our business by researching potential clients through Google and other online resources, making cold calls, and selling our lifting products. You will identify prospective clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that Safelift offers, ultimately converting leads into long-term customers. This position demands persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Research new potential clients using Google and other online resources. Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify leads. Generate Inquires. Make quotation, Follow-ups and close the deal Sell Safelift’s lifting products. Key Account Handling. Appoint New Dealers. Cross Selling, Up selling. Understand clients need and recommend products accordingly. Emphasizing lifting products value for the client’s needs. Present product features and benefits tailored to the client’s specific needs, and close sales. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth. Maintain up-to-date client data, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure sales goals are met. Payment Follow ups, Order Booking and Process. Required Qualifications and Skills: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in lifting or industrial products. Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals. Ability to effectively understand and communicate the value of lifting products to clients. Strong research skills, with the ability to find and qualify potential clients online. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Goal-driven, with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Resilience and persistence in handling objections and overcoming challenges. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Ability to conduct research effectively using Google and other online resources. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
