We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, client servicing, and the real estate industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.
Generate and follow up on leads through online platforms, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
Maintain a strong database of leads and client interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with builders and developers for inventory and pricing updates.
Negotiate and close deals ensuring client satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support to clients regarding documentation and possession process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and project offerings.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
