Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and advising potential customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in driving sales and representing our brand to clients, both in person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Consultation: Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, offering suitable product recommendations.
• Sales Support: Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, pricing, and benefits.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring follow-up and continued satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their value and benefits.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and improve sales strategies.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report on trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategies.
Requirements:
• Education: 12th pass, Bachelor's degree or Experience in related field (preferred).
• Experience: Fresher/ Experience
