Effectively manage the call process including lead generation, handling customer queries, providing product information, preparation of quotation, obtain customer approval, and facilitating creation of sales orders
• Collaborate with the vendors to assess the feasibility and determine the time required for supplying the items as per the enquiry
• Co-ordinating in the transportation process (collecting quotations) for orders that are ready to be dispatched
• Proactively follow-up with customers in a time-frame to ensure the receipt of invoice, timely payments, customer satisfaction and renewal of connections
• Share material test reports as required
• Handle customer inquiries, address complaints, and promptly resolve issues
• Maintaining data of customers, quotations, order status, payments
• Generate relevant reports which helps in decision making
