Key Responsibilities: Contract Renewal Management: Monitoring the renewal pipeline, ensuring timely contract renewals, and preparing renewal quotes and contracts.& Customer Communication and Engagement: Communicating with customers about renewal details, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.& Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer contracts, renewal dates, and other relevant information in CRM systems. Collaboration and Support:Working closely with Account Executives, Customer Success teams, and other internal stakeholders to support the renewal process. Performance Tracking:Monitoring key metrics related to renewal rates, churn, and other relevant performance indicators. Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing improvements to the renewal process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
