Oversee smooth execution of trades and daily operations.
Ensure team follows internal SOPs and technology platforms.
Analyze reports on trade volume, revenue generation, and client feedback.
Prepare regular MIS reports on team performance.
Track KPIs like revenue, client acquisition, activation, and trade turnover.
Provide actionable insights to senior management.
