About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our sales and customer service operations. Ideal for a married female this full-time role offers stability and a convenient location. The candidate should be proactive, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries related to products and orders from customers.

• Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Maintain accurate sales records, order statuses, and customer databases.

• Provide follow-up support to customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and feedback.

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and reporting.

• Manage basic communication through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female

• Preferred Profile: Married with children

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

• Experience: Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service will be an advantage

• Skills Required:
  Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email usage
  Good communication skills in Hindi or Punjabi (English is an added advantage)
