Sales Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional and organized Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our senior management team and coordinate sales activities. The role involves client coordination, meeting management, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and proposals for clients • Schedule and coordinate meetings for Directors and senior management • Attend leadership meetings and maintain meeting records • Track sales leads and follow up with prospective clients • Handle client communication and visitor management • Prepare reports, emails, and business correspondence • Maintain confidential records and documentation • Support daily administrative operations

Requirements:

• Graduate degree preferred • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Previous experience in administration or client coordination preferred • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
