We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to manage customer communication through WhatsApp and phone calls. The role involves handling customer inquiries, taking orders, providing updates, and coordinating with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer queries and orders via WhatsApp
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
Coordinate with the sales team to track and update order status
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Experience using WhatsApp for business communication
Confident and polite phone manner
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferred)
