Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our branch team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the financial sector (preferably Home Loans or BFSI), a strong understanding of local markets, and the drive to exceed targets. The candidate must be local to the area, possess a two-wheeler, and have a minimum civil score of 650.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for Home Loan products through direct sales, field visits, and referrals.

• Meet individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Conduct customer meetings, understand their requirements, and offer suitable financial products.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful closures.

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of loan applications.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (Home Loans / BFSI experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.

• Should be localized with good knowledge of the local market.

• Minimum civil score of 650.

• Target-oriented and self-driven with a positive attitude.
