Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Network Expansion
Plan and execute recruitment drives for Agency Partners (APs) and Life Advisors (LAs).
Identify and on-board top-tier partners, maintaining growth objectives.
Goal Setting & Performance Management
Set and review monthly/quarterly business targets.
Conduct regular wakeup meetings and performance reviews.
Monitor KPIs (distribution count, persistency 85%, CLA achievement).
Coaching & Development
Lead the Train–Audit–Retrain cycle for partners.
Mentor partners to enhance sales skills, digital adoption, and agency income.
Operational Oversight
Oversee coding process and liaise with support teams.
Manage regulatory processes, compliance, and documentation.
Provide MIS, market insights, and strategic feedback.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activity and execute strategies to boost market presence and product mix.
Experience & Skills
Experience: 1+ years in agency distribution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (managing a team or location).
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in recruitment, team coaching, and achieving sales targets.
Leadership Acumen: Strong mentoring, motivational, and team management skills.
Analytical Aptitude: Ability to interpret business metrics and drive performance.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and agency operations.
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
Local Requirements: Willingness to operate and frequently travel across the two Delhi territories.
