Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team and assist in day-to-day sales operations.

• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain client communication.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records in CRM or spreadsheets.

• Draft professional emails and handle written correspondence with clients and partners.

• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing sales data to support decision-making.

• Schedule meetings, calls, and demos with clients on behalf of the sales team.

• Ensure timely processing of orders, dispatches, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
