Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day coordination with logistics, warehouse, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery

• Communicate with customers regarding orders and follow-ups

• Maintain and update sales records using Excel

• Draft and respond to emails professionally

• Assist in preparing reports and sales documentation

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Average communication skills (verbal and written)

• Basic email drafting skills

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
