Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering sales support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backend sales coordination, client communication, and after-sales service management. Fluency in English, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and a solid understanding of mechanical products are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.

• Handle backend sales operations and documentation.

• Support after-sales service processes, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely responses to queries.

• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and reports.

• Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage CRM systems and maintain updated records of communication and transactions.

• Draft professional emails, proposals, and other client communication documents.

Key Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar backend sales/support role in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong command of English (spoken and written) – English medium background preferred.

• Excellent client coordination and after-sales service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
