Coordinate with sales team and internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide support where needed.
Track and report on sales targets, team performance, and key metrics.
Manage schedules and appointments for sales representatives.
Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and presentations.
Follow up with clients for payment collection and post-sales service.
Organize and maintain files related to sales activities.
Support the team in organizing trade shows or client meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
