 Assist the sales team in closing orders and managing the sales process efficiently.

 Maintain and update sales records, customer details, and order statuses.

 Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely responses.

 Prepare and send emails related to sales operations, order confirmation, and client Communication.

 Support the negotiation process with clients, ensuring competitive deals and favorable Terms’

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer Satisfaction.

 Generate sales reports and analyze performance to suggest improvements.
