Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support our Retail and Project Sales teams. You will be the key link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Retail Sales:

Assist walk-in customers at the lighting studio.

Provide product details, quotations, and support with selections.

Maintain records of inquiries, orders, and payments.

Project Sales:

Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and builders.

Prepare quotations and follow up on approvals and orders.

Track project progress and delivery timelines.

Common:

Maintain CRM and update daily reports.

Follow up with customers for feedback and payments.

Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for dispatches.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, B.Com, etc.)

1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Basic MS Office & email knowledge.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per industry standards
