Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective home loan customers through branch walk-ins, field visits, group meetings, and site promotions.
Recommend suitable home loan products based on customer profiles and explain key benefits clearly.
Conduct regular customer outreach via meetings, presentations, and local marketing campaigns.
Visit potential clients at their homes or workplaces to understand their housing finance needs.
Plan and execute branding and marketing activities within the catchment area.
Generate quality leads through field activities, referrals, and relationship building with channel partners.
Create and manage relationships with DSAs, corporate DSAs, builders, brokers, and lead partners.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely login-to-disbursement processing for home loan files.
Work on bounce case collections (024 MOB) to meet the organization's collection efficiency targets.
Promote digitization and support digital processes related to sales and operations.
Handle cash and financial transactions as per company policy with complete integrity.
Support the branch's performance by contributing to targets and metrics defined in the branch scorecard.
Stay updated on internal product, pricing, and policy changes and apply them effectively in sales.
Share market feedback, competitive insights, and suggestions with reporting managers.
Maintain transparency and ensure accurate reporting of customer, property, and seller details.
Monitor and manage lead funnel, WIP files, SUDs, rejections, part disbursements, and PDD collections.
Follow First Time Right (FTR) principles from login to disbursement for superior customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation (mandatory)
1 2 years of relevant experience in Home Loan Sales is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
Sound knowledge of affordable housing products and the local market
Target-driven and proactive approach to field sales
