The Donor Relationship Executive will be responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with individual and institutional donors. The role involves donor communication, coordination of fundraising activities, maintaining donor records, and ensuring timely updates and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential donors.
Manage donor database: update records, track engagement, and generate insights.
Prepare and send regular updates, newsletters, reports, and thank-you notes.
Coordinate donor visits, events, and campaigns.
Respond promptly to donor queries via email, phone, or in person.
Assist in fundraising proposals, presentations, and donor pitch materials.
Collaborate with program teams to gather impact stories and reports.
Track donation cycles and ensure timely renewals and acknowledgments.
Monitor donor satisfaction and address any concerns effectively.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or Social Work (preferred).
3 - 4 years of experience in donor management, fundraising, or client servicing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/donor management tools is a plus.
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
