Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in IT recruitment industry.
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring models (permanent, contract staffing, RPO).
