Relationship Manager

·         Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.

·         Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.

·         Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

·         Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.

·         Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

·         Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

·         Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.

Oversee customer relationship management system

Reach out to clients to discuss matters related to the clients’ portfolio(s)

Arrange logistics, create presentation materials, host internal pre-meeting, manage meeting, responsible for follow-up and documentation in Salesforce

Broaden existing relationships through solutions-based cross-sales in partnership with Senior RMs, sales and consultant relations

Building and maintaining relationships with key sell-side counterparts

Creating and implementing strategic business goals

Collaborating with our research team to propose and investigate potential new signals for our models

Assist in the implementation of the strategies and plans to achieve all volume, revenue, and profit targets for the Contracting function

Support the Head of Contracting Sector in the development of Key Performance Indicators for the purpose of systematic performance
