Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for regularly connecting with allocated clients, generating leads, managing existing investments, and addressing client queries. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of investment products, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly connect with allocated clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
Generate leads by identifying potential clients through various channels and converting them into valuable clients.
Manage and oversee clients' existing investments, ensuring their portfolios are performing well and aligned with their financial goals.
Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
Provide clients with regular updates on their investments, market trends, and new investment opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on client interactions, lead generation, and investment performance to management.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to provide relevant information and advice to clients.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Experience in lead generation and sales within the financial services industry.
Knowledge of working in ZOHO CRM.
