We are seeking a proactive and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, managing site visits, and closing deals for residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, telecalling, networking, and field activity.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties from the available inventory.
Conduct property presentations and virtual/in-person site visits.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Handle client queries and provide end-to-end assistance from inquiry to post-sale service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with builders, developers, and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and documentation.
Maintain sales reports, CRM entries, and daily activity logs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
