About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Professionals who are passionate about real estate and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, client relationship management, and helping customers find their dream property.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer leads through various channels (online/offline)

• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with leads

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects

• Close sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals

• Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams for campaign execution and lead tracking

• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial real estate sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong presentation and client handling skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Local market knowledge (Gurgaon & nearby) preferred

• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales
