Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in selling residential or commercial properties and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various channels (networking, referrals, property portals)

• Schedule and conduct property showings with potential buyers or investors

• Understand client requirements and provide property solutions accordingly

• Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

• Coordinate with developers, brokers, and channel partners for inventory and pricing

• Negotiate and close property deals effectively

• Assist clients with documentation and legal formalities

• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial)

• Proven track record of closing deals

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
