We are looking for a results-driven sale executive for sales of real estate project or propertiea.

This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 10000 plus fixed incetive of %of sales achieved along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Do social marketing of properties to sell.

Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, bold personality ready to convince the customer and travel in near by cities for site visits and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in customer relatioship building is an added advantage.
