Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Qualification
    Identify and generate leads through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, and direct inquiries. Qualify these leads by assessing their needs, budget, and readiness to invest in real estate .

  2. Client Engagement & Consultation
    Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences. Provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and benefits .

  3. Property Presentations & Site Visits
    Conduct presentations and arrange site visits to showcase properties, addressing client queries and highlighting key selling points .

  4. Market Research & Analysis
    Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide accurate information and strategic insights .

  5. Sales Support & Coordination
    Assist the sales team by preparing marketing materials, proposals, and reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience during the pre-sales phase .

  6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. Ensure timely communication and personalized service to build long-term client relationships .
