📝 Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting appointments. You will be the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers and investors, helping to build trust and drive sales pipeline for residential/commercial projects.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads generated through digital campaigns, real estate portals, and walk-ins.
Call and follow up with prospects to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings with Sales Managers.
Provide accurate project information, pricing, and location details.
Maintain and update CRM tools with lead status and feedback.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead conversion and appointment targets.
🔑 Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & regional languages preferred)
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
Real estate domain knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Time management and ability to multitask under pressure
Basic understanding of property documents and real estate terms is an advantage
🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA or any relevant field)
6 months to 2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
