Key Responsibilities:
New Lab Setup Support:
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns to promote newly established labs outside Agra.
Identify and build a doctor and clinic network in target regions.
Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities like camps, health check-ups, and awareness drives in new locations.
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Plan and execute daily visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote Standard Pathology’s services.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with medical practitioners to generate consistent business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of field marketing executives.
Set performance targets and regularly review team performance.
Guide the team in planning doctor visits and promotional campaigns.
Marketing & Branding Activities:
Work closely with the design and content team to create marketing collateral (pamphlets, standees, posters, etc.)
Manage local advertising efforts and vendor coordination.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain detailed reports on daily visits, lead status, conversion rates, and team performance.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostics or pathology.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
