Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in the medical surgical equipment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical surgical equipment industry.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.

3. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

6. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the business development process.

7. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the medical surgical equipment industry.

3. Strong understanding of the surgical equipment and market trends.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

2. Experience with medical device sales or marketing.

3. Strong network of contacts in the medical surgical equipment industry.
