Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Auto Loan Associate to support the sales and processing of car, bike, or commercial vehicle loans. The role involves lead generation, customer interaction, documentation, and coordination with dealerships and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and explain auto loan products to walk-in customers and dealership referrals

• Collect and verify customer documents (ID, income proof, vehicle documents, etc.)

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and guide them through the process

• Coordinate with credit teams for approval and disbursement

• Follow up with customers and dealers for pending documentation or queries

• Maintain daily reports of leads, conversions, and applications

• Ensure compliance with company policy and RBI guidelines

• Build relationships with vehicle dealers for regular business inflow

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate in any stream

• 0–2 years of experience in loans, banking, or financial sales (auto loans preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Familiar with local market and basic computer usage

• Willing to travel locally (if field-based role)

• Knowledge of loan processing, credit checks, and documentation is a plus
