We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Loan Processing & Sales Executive to join our growing financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating loan leads, assisting clients through the loan application process, and ensuring smooth and timely loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.

• Understand customer requirements and provide the right loan product based on eligibility and need

• Assist customers with documentation, form filling, and loan application submission

• Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely processing and approval

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure high conversion rates

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth
