As a BDE, you will be responsible for promoting and managing loan products, ensuring customer onboarding, and handling repayment collections. This is a field-based role with a general shift timing of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The salary offered ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 , along with performance-based incentives and petrol reimbursement. The age limit for applicants is 35 years.

Key Responsibility :

Customer Acquisition: Engage with potential customers in assigned areas to promote and sell loan products, ensuring documentation and eligibility checks.

Loan Collections: Ensure timely collection of EMIs from borrowers while maintaining good customer relationships.

Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits for both onboarding new customers and following up on overdue payments.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer data, transaction history, and repayment status; report daily activities to supervisors.

Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to internal policies, customer privacy guidelines, and RBI regulations in all operations.
