We are looking for a results-driven Career Advisor and Lead Generation Executive to join YGN Technologies Private Limited in Makarba, Ahmedabad. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibilities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Present, promote, and sell programs or services to potential customers effectively.
Experienced in using portals, i.e, Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc., to generate leads.
Negotiate and finalize agreements to ensure a smooth sales process and meet monthly sales goals.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Must have knowledge of H1B, C2C, VISA, and W2.
Job Requirements:
Candidates should have 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, and Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
