Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our credit card sales team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining credit card features, and converting leads into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card sales.

• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly and confidently.

• Follow up with leads and maintain customer data accurately.

• Handle customer queries and objections with patience and professionalism.

• Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

• Prior tele calling or sales experience preferred (not mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of credit cards and financial products is a plus.

• Should be comfortable working with call targets and incentives.
