Lead Generation Executive

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts. This role involves researching and identifying potential client contacts, gathering key decision-maker information, and building an accurate, structured lead database for outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct web-based research to identify potential clients and contacts (e.g., hiring managers, HR leaders, department heads).

• Extract and verify contact details including name, designation, company, email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile.

• Build and manage a well-structured CRM or spreadsheet-based lead database.

• Categorize leads by industry, company size, job role, and other relevant filters.

• Use platforms like LinkedIn, company websites, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Hunter.io, and job boards for data collection.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to pass on qualified leads for outreach.

• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and regular updates.

• Track and report weekly progress and insights to the leadership team.
