Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Hr Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (typically 1-3 years).
Familiarity with various lead sources (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, referrals).
Hands-on experience with software ) and lead tracking tools.
Strong understanding of lead qualification processes and CRM systems.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret lead performance data.
Ability to track and optimize multiple lead sources concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc., is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Source Identification & Management:
Identify and evaluate new lead sources and channels (e.g., organic search, paid ads, social media, referrals, events, etc.).
Manage and optimize existing lead sources to improve lead volume and quality.
Maintain an updated list of effective lead sources and ensure they are aligned with company goals.
Lead Qualification & Segmentation:
Develop and implement strategies to segment leads based on their source and potential value.
Work with sales and marketing teams to define lead qualification criteria.
Conduct regular lead quality assessments to ensure that leads from each source are of high value and likely to convert.
