Sales Generation:
Sell life insurance products to customers through direct channels.
Meet and exceed sales targets assigned on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-ups.
Lead Management:
Actively generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and cold calls.
Manage and follow up on leads provided by the branch or central team.
Branch Coordination:
Work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to support overall branch performance.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
