About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) with 0-1 year of experience in account management, strong business acumen, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a passion for delivering results. A background in sales will be a strong advantage, and an MBA-Finance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with premium customers, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

• Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

• Analyse client needs and provide solutions using internal frameworks to drive business growth.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Handle negotiations and resolve client queries in a professional manner.

Requirements:                                                                                                

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role but Fresher’s is also welcome.

• Strong business acumen.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Sales experience will be an added advantage.

• MBA-Finance is mandatory.
