Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage the daily accounting functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, and supporting internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Assist in preparing financial reports as required.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Maintain digital and physical financial documents in an organized manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounting or finance (1–3 years preferred).

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

• Strong MS Excel and data entry skills.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
