Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Regional Caller)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day working)

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Executive (Regional Caller) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling business-to-business (B2B) sales calls in multiple regional languages, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions/products.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up on inquiries and provide post-sales support.

Language Requirements:

Candidate must be fluent in at least two or more of the following languages:

• Marathi

• Gujarati

• Tamil

(Bonus if candidate knows Hindi or English as well)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Tele-Sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM software, email communication).
