IT Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients through calls, emails, and chats, and effectively presenting our services which include Website Development, Software Solutions, Digital Marketing, and 360° Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target relevant potential clients for our IT and business services.

• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and chat to pitch our services.

• Understand client requirements and suggest customized solutions.

• Promote and sell website development, software services, digital marketing, and 360° business solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

• Knowledge of IT products and digital services is a must.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
