Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive with 1 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT products or services, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with email marketing, cold calling, and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator along with other modern sales tools. The candidate should also possess the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.

Sell IT products or services (such as software, cloud solutions, or managed IT services) to new and existing clients.

Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation/sales automation tools to build a strong sales pipeline.

Conduct product presentations and demos to prospects.

Understand client needs and offer tailored IT solutions.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry, competitor activities, and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts.

Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year and up to 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry.

Proven experience in selling IT services or IT products.

Hands-on experience with email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Proficiency with sales CRM systems and other sales productivity tools.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience in B2B IT sales is a plus.
