IT Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced IT Sales Telecaller to join our team at Thane (Ghodbunder Road). The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our range of IT products and services, and generating qualified leads to support our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities: -

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. - Promote and explain products including laptops, servers, CCTV systems, networking solutions, and software support. - Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

Schedule product demos or meetings for the field sales team. - Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp. - Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status regularly. - Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls and conversions. - Provide feedback from customers to help improve service offerings.

Candidate Requirement:-

- 2–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in IT hardware/services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of IT infrastructure products (basic knowledge of hardware and networking). - Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication. - Strong persuasion and follow-up skills. - Based in or near Thane / Ghodbunder Road preferred.
