We are seeking a motivated and result-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling software solutions, identifying client needs, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for technology-driven solutions.
Identify and reach out to potential clients to present software products and solutions
Understand client requirements and demonstrate how the software can solve business problems
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts
Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships for future upselling/cross-selling
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a database of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the system
Proven 1-2 years experience in software or IT sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Strong customer-focused attitude and a results-driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
