• Perform visual inspections of IT equipment to identify faults such as cracks, dents, and broken displays.

• Prepare configuration reports detailing hardware and software specifications.

• Check BIOS settings for errors and troubleshoot any detected issues.

• Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, and essential software (MS Office, PDF Reader, etc.).

• Troubleshoot Windows operating system and software errors efficiently.

• Ensure MS Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand and resolve IT-related concerns.

Travel to client locations for IT maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
